HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE TO MY DESIRED VEHICLE?

Download the FlexxDrive app and select your desired vehicle.

When you use the app for the first time, we will check your identity.
Take a photo of your ID card (front and back) and your valid driver’s license (front and back) as well as a selfie for comparison.
After entering your credit card number, you will be asked to sign digitally on your smartphone to confirm the booking. We will then charge your credit card with a one-time deposit of 500,- €.

From the moment you take over the vehicle, we will charge the agreed installment monthly to your credit card. Your AutoAbo runs for at least 6 months, the cancellation period is 3 months. The contract is automatically renewed for 3 months at a time, if it is not cancelled in writing with 3 months’ notice before expiration. WILL MY CREDITWORTHINESS BE CHECKED?

Our company regularly checks your creditworthiness when concluding contracts and, in certain cases where there is a legitimate interest. This also applies to existing customers.

We cooperate for this with Creditreform Boniversum GmbH, Hammfelddamm 13, 41460 Neuss, which provides us with the required data. For this purpose, we transmit your name and contact details to Creditreform Boniversum GmbH. WHERE DO I PICK UP MY DESIRED VEHICLE AND HOW DOES THE RETURN WORK?

The FlexxDrive team will contact you personally to fix the date with you for the vehicle handover. You can pick up your desired vehicle directly from us in Kaarst, or we deliver your vehicle within NRW for 149€ to your home. Of course we also deliver outside of NRW, Germany-wide on request. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver your electric vehicle (e-bikes).

At the end of the contract you return the vehicle to us in Neuss. We will be happy to arrange an appointment with our service provider for the preparation of a brief appraisal. Read more: Definition “”Damage at vehicle return

Please note that smoking is not allowed in our vehicles.

If you want to transport a pet in the vehicle, please make sure that this is to be transported in a transporation box as legally required.

HOW MANY KILOMETRES AM I ALLOWED TO DRIVE?

The package price includes free kilometres for each month.

If you drive more, these additional kilometres will be charged at € 0.20 per kilometre. The billing takes place monthly after digital retrieval of the mileage, so that you keep full cost control. After returning the vehicle to us on site, only the total amount of kilometres you have driven during the entire term count. Of course, we will immediately refund any credit to your credit card.

CAN I DRIVE MY VEHICLE ABROAD?

Travel is allowed and insured in all EU countries (states) except: BG,EE,LT,LV,PL,RO,SK,SI,CZ,HU. Travel to non-EU countries is not allowed and you are not insured.

Attention. Temporary, uninterrupted use abroad may not exceed 8 weeks. This has tax consequences especially for commercial use.

WHERE DO I HAVE TO GO TO CHANGE A TYRE?

If you need a tyre change, please contact us directly at kontakt@flexxdrive.com or call us at +49 32211053370 and we will organize everything for you.

WHO IS ALLOWED TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE?

Of course, you can enter additional drivers. The authorized drivers must also have a minimum age of 23 years (maximum 75 years), and be in possession of a valid driving license in Germany for at least 3 years without interruption.

ATTENTION! Additional drivers must be registered in the rental contract by us, otherwise there is no insurance coverage.

DO I HAVE TO INSURE THE VEHICLE?

All vehicles are registered as self-drive rental vehicles on FlexxDrive and already insured with a deductible of 1000€ (e-bikes with 100€). The deductible applies per claim (partial and fully comprehensive).

WHAT DO I DO IF THE VEHICLE HAS TO GO TO THE CAR REPAIR SHOP?

WHAT DO I DO IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT?

In the event of an accident, contact us directly. If you take a few photos with your cell phone, this will help us a lot for the settlement via our insurance. Please call the police if other people, vehicles or objects are involved in the accident.
